I love wearing makeup but when it comes down to washing my one million and one brushes it can be a hell of a deal. I’ve tried every method known to wash my brushes and leave them to dry; from using the palm of my hand and laying them to dry on napkins/towel to using the Brush Bar and the Brush Board.
Not every day I will do a face mask but when I do I want a product that will show me results immediately or in a matter of 3 days. The Freeman Cucumber Facial Peel-Off Mask is a clear green gooey gel-like substance that dries 10-15 minutes after applying to the skin. It can be easily removed by peeling the layer of dried product from the skin and rinsing to get the remains off if any. It does not hurt to peel off and it is recommended not to be used on the eye area, eyebrows, or the hairline.
- One does not simply go to bed without using a cleanser for proper removal of makeup from the face. I like to remove my makeup by using makeup wipes or micellar water. After using any of the mentioned product I like to follow up with a cleanser. The Neutrogena One Step Gentle Cleanser is a gentle pearly gel-like texture cleanser, it gives off a soft lather and it helps to rid the makeup from the skin. I purchased it using Amazon Prime Pantry, so I got it for the lost cost of $4.22. I checked the price at several other resellers like Walmart and the price varies; however, it is a very inexpensive makeup remover in a bottle.
The Neutrogena One Step Gentle Cleanser eliminates all traces of stubborn makeup from the skin. I only had difficulties removing makeup from my eye area and lips which I would normally use a makeup wipe to rid the makeup. At the very first wash, I was able to remove excess amount of makeup from my skin. I follow up with a second wash to remove makeup from my hairline and other areas. My skin felt immediately fresh and clean. Afterwards, I followed up with Witch Hazel Toner and there was little to no makeup residue left to remove from my skin on the cotton pad. I have very sensitive skin and I did not experience any signs of redness, stinging or burning in my eye area.
Product Ratings for Neutrogena One Step CleanserI use the Neutrogena One Step Gentle Cleanser by pumping the cleanser in my wet hands 1-2x and by massaging the product into my skin. It immediately helps to break down the makeup and I was able to rinse away the product from my skin. The product comes in a 5.2 fl oz (153 ml) pump size clear blue bottle.
