21-Day Challenges You Should Try Today

21 days challenge

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit or the same to break one, and there are plenty of apps and useful online tools to help you do this around this idea. Forming or breaking habits might seem a little dull, but how about a 21-day challenge? That seems manageable, right? Plus, if you decide to take on a challenge for something you would like to get better at, then it may well be the beginning of a new habit.

If you decide to take on a challenge, then perhaps you should ask a friend to do it with you as this will keep you accountable and help you through it and maybe make your challenge public too so that it adds more pressure and you’ll really have to do it then as people will be asking you. So, what can you do for 21 days to challenge yourself?

Dieting

There are a number of different diets you can try if you’re looking to lose weight or just get healthier, but they can often be pretty overwhelming, so why not try The LES MILLS 21 Day Challenge, which is a quick way to reset your body to healthier eating patterns. The challenge says that if you follow it, you will lose weight and fat, become healthier and teach your body to desire what it needs; you’ll create long-lasting, easy to maintain lifestyle habits that will not interfere with your family or social life.

Learn a New Skill

If you really put your mind to it, there are loads of new skills you could pick up in 21 days; you just need to be focused. If you have the dedication and can give twenty-one days, then you could even learn to play the Piano. From learning the basic notes to piano chords, this website and course will give you the tools you need to do it – apart from the actual Piano, you’ll need to sort out one of those yourself.

Budgeting

There is a really good book called The 21-Day Budgeting Challenge which says it will help you to identify your “money personality”, set up a realistic budget that works for you, get out of debt, understand minimalism and how it compares to consumerism and incorporate practical and fun tips to save money you might not have thought of before. Give it a try.

Practice Gratitude

There are tonnes of benefits to practicing gratitude; it can be good for your health, relationships, and general well being. If you’re not a naturally grateful person, then don’t worry because you can “learn” gratitude by practicing it. There is a 21-day gratitude challenge that will help you foster a new attitude of gratitude by pushing you to look for the good around you and express thankfulness for it. All you really need to do is focus on finding three things or people who you are grateful for every day for 21 days.
