- Get rid of scented candles in the house. They may look and smell gorgeous, but the paraffin wax that are being burned in those lovely holders you have can actually cause you to age. Chemicals like benzene and toluene get released with those scents and can make your skin older, faster.

If you’re eating foods full of chemicals and sugar, you’re likely to look older and faster. Your skin dulls, the whites of your eyes yellow or grey and you can just end up looking sallow. Eat fresh, clean foods with tons of fresh fruits and vegetables weaved into your diet to help your skin stay nourished and most importantly, hydrated.
