If you are a fitness fanatic that takes the time to work out in the gym finding the best gears is not an option. I love to work out but I'm not all crazy over it since I have a nice body but it could be still be better. I recently received this sports bra from Influenster for testing and review purposes. I love the sports bra. It has a very bright vibrant mixture of colors to it and it fit comfortable to my body. It is not tight or feel too loose. It is just the right fit.

Hair Tips: For Moisturizing Porosity Levels

Hair Porosity
Porosity refers to how well moisture penetrates the cuticle layer of the hair shaft. In low porosity hair, the cuticles are resistant and repels moisture. In normal hair, the cuticles lay flat allowing moisture to penetrate the hair. With high porosity hair, the cuticles are raised and moisture easily escapes the hair shaft.
