This elf lip exfoliator is a miracle worker. My lips are often dry and crack but after using the elf lip exfoliator my lips were smooth, no signs of cracking, dryness or my lip stripping. Directions
1. Damp lips with water
2. Apply the lip exfoliator on clean lips till satisfied and massage in a circular motion to exfoliate
3. Remove with a damp cotton
4. Apply your favorite lip balm or gloss to condition and keep lips moist.
